Skarbimierz (Opolskie Voivodeship) is a village belonging to the one of the finest in Europe Special Economic Zones. Wałbrzych SEZ "INVEST-PARK" was placed in the 4th place in Europe and in the 22nd in the entire World from among 600 SEZs analyzed by the "fDi Magazine" of the Financial Times. Hence, no one is surprised that a group of investors decided to open a business hotel in such a great location. However, in determining the success of the entire project time they turned for help to the HCG in the pre-open activities. Brojan Hotel, located in Jaworzno, not a long time ago would be a leader of the local hospitality market. Unfortunately, lack of renovation works and rapid growth of the competition resulted in decrease in sales performance. In cooperation with the Owner we developed a one-year plan aimed at restoring the Brojan’s previous grandeur.

Szczawnica is one of the most famous health resort in Poland. However most of the tourist market supply is generated by private accommodation rather than hotels. The resulting gap in the market and encourage investor to adapt his real estate to a five star luxurious hotel. Another reason was a desire to restore the former splendor of the villa, owned by the investor’s family for three generations.

Description of a complex hotel investment process in Podzamcze is presented below. The building land is located at the highest point of the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland at 511 meters above sea level.
